Mandaville said that he was “blown away” by the number of applications and that he had never seen anything like it before.
“I was expecting a few hundred applications, but I was not expecting 3000,” Mandaville said. “I was shocked and surprised.”
Mandaville said that the high number of applications is a sign of the poor job market in India. He said that many people are struggling to find jobs and that they are willing to take any opportunity that comes their way.
“The job market is very tough right now,” Mandaville said. “People are desperate for jobs and they are willing to do anything to get one.”
