Gushwork.ai, which enables an on-demand remote workforce for SMBs, raises $2.1 million round led by Lightspeed

Gushwork.ai, a startup that enables small and medium businesses (SMBs) to access an on-demand remote workforce, has raised $2.1 million in a seed funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. The round also saw participation from B Capital, Sparrow Capital, Seaborne Capital, and Beenext.

Founded in 2022 by Nayrhit Bhattacharya and Adithya Venkatesh, Gushwork.ai provides a platform that connects SMBs with a network of vetted and experienced remote workers. The platform offers a variety of services, including administrative tasks, customer support, and marketing.

Gushwork.ai’s customers include startups, small businesses, and large enterprises. The company plans to use the funds raised to expand its platform, grow its customer base, and hire more employees.

“We are excited to partner with Lightspeed and other investors,” said Nayrhit Bhattacharya, co-founder and CEO of Gushwork.ai. “This investment will help us accelerate our growth and reach more businesses around the world.”

Lightspeed Venture Partners’ managing partner, Ash Lilani, said, “We are impressed by the team’s vision to make on-demand workforce accessible to SMBs. We believe that Gushwork.ai has the potential to become a leading player in the on-demand workforce market.”

Gushwork.ai’s funding is a sign of the growing demand for on-demand workforce solutions. The on-demand workforce market is expected to grow to $340 billion by 2026. Gushwork.ai is well-positioned to capitalize on this growth, as the company offers a platform that is easy to use and affordable.
