IND vs NED Bengaluru, November 12, 2023: India put on a clinical batting and bowling performance to crush the Netherlands by 160 runs in their final group stage match of the One Day World Cup 2023 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday.
Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul scored centuries to help India post a mammoth 410/4, the highest total in the tournament so far. Iyer remained unbeaten on 128, while Rahul scored 102.
In reply, Netherlands were bowled out for 250 in 48 overs, with Teja Nidamanuru scoring a half-century. The Indian bowlers were in top form, with Mohammed Siraj, Jasprit Bumrah, Ravindra Jadeja, and Kuldeep Yadav all picking up two wickets each.
With this victory, India finished the group stage unbeaten and qualified for the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup 2023.
