OYO Launches New Brand ‘Palette’ to Expand into Premium Resorts and Hotels

OYO, a leading hospitality chain in India, has launched a new brand called Palette to expand into the premium resorts and hotels segment. The new brand will offer a differentiated experience to guests with features such as spacious rooms, modern amenities, and personalized service.

Palette will initially launch in 10 cities across India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai. The company plans to add 100 hotels under the Palette brand by the end of this year.

“Palette is a significant milestone for OYO as we expand into the premium segment,” said Ritesh Agarwal, founder and CEO of OYO. “We believe that Palette will offer a unique and differentiated experience to guests and help us capture the growing demand for premium hotels in India.”

Palette will offer a range of features that are not typically available in budget hotels, such as:

  • Spacious rooms with king-size beds and work desks
  • Modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs
  • Personalized service such as room service and laundry
  • Amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, and spas

The company is targeting a younger audience with Palette, with an average age of 30 years. The brand will also focus on business travelers, with 50% of its rooms being designated as business suites.

The launch of Palette is a sign of OYO’s ambition to become a leading player in the premium hotel segment in India. The company is well-positioned to achieve this goal, with its strong brand, extensive reach, and focus on customer service.
