VR learning platform Metabook XR raises undisclosed seed funding

Metabook XR, a virtual reality (VR) learning platform, has raised an undisclosed seed funding round. The round was led by Blume Ventures, with participation from Tracxn Labs, Good Capital, and angel investors such as Akash Sinha (Founder, CRED), Kunal Shah (Founder, Freecharge), and Sahil Barua (Founder, Snapdeal).

Metabook XR was founded in 2022 by Akash Garg and Vaibhav Singh. The company’s platform uses VR to create immersive and interactive learning experiences. Metabook XR’s content library includes courses on a variety of topics, such as coding, design, and business.

The company plans to use the funds raised in the seed round to expand its content library, develop new features, and hire more employees.

“We are excited to partner with Blume Ventures and other investors,” said Akash Garg, co-founder of Metabook XR. “This investment will help us accelerate our growth and reach more learners around the world.”

Blume Ventures’s managing partner, Sanjay Nath, said, “We are impressed by the team’s vision to make VR learning accessible to everyone. We believe that Metabook XR has the potential to revolutionize the way people learn.”

Metabook XR’s funding is a sign of the growing interest in VR-based learning. VR has the potential to make learning more immersive and engaging, and it can be used to teach a wide range of subjects. Metabook XR is well-positioned to capitalize on this trend, and the company’s funding will help it to reach more learners around the world.
